Shipping and Return Policy


We offer free shipping and returns anywhere in India. Orders are confirmed through email and dispatched within 3 working days. An email with tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.


We will be able to return or exchange any full-priced item within 15 days of receipt, and discounted items within 7 days of receipt. A one-time product exchange will be done free of cost. Thereafter shipping and handling charges per order shall be applied for all exchanges & return requests.

We do not accept returns for orders sent on a cash on delivery basis.


We are unable to offer any refund on discounted items but will issue a credit note if you are not satisfied with the purchase. The validity of the credit note will be 30 days. Exchanges on discounted items will be undertaken subject to size availability.

We are unable to offer any refund or credit note for customised, personalised, or monogrammed products since these are made-to-order.

For goods being returned for refund, exchange, or credit note please ensure that they are returned new, unused, and within the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that funds can take up to 10 working days to reflect on your account due to the varying processing times of payment providers.

To return or exchange your shoe, please follow the below steps

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab
3. Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ button for the order you want to return/exchange.
4. Select the reason for exchange/return and select the correct size and color you want now.
5. Write a short note(optional) & request for exchange.
